Hawks are birds of prey in the wild and we sometimes cannot wrap our minds around the idea that they come to bring us messages, comfort, and protection. See hawk as your protector and not a wild animal that can do you harm and it should ease your fear. I was looking for info about Hawk as a totem and I found your site. I have been seeing this Hawk for years, but recently it has gotten closer - flying along side my car, flying over my head and recently it sat on a limb right outside my bathroom window. It was looking me directly in the eye. We shared a moment and then it flew off into the woods. Later that week I found the most beautiful hawk feather laying in the driveway when I was walking my dog. This all happened as I was trying to make a major life decision and was searching my heart. Hence the two flying in two separate ways, it is now up to you too search your heart and decide where you would like to be. what place would benefit you on many levels not just emotionally.
